...From Leigh

I hope you enjoyed spring break.  James is working at Radio Shack on Loop 288 by WalMart now and could only take off a few days.  We took a short trip to his father's land near Cisco, Texas.  Brad and Matthew had a blast riding the four wheeler.  They have a small one they can ride by themselves.

We didn't see any snakes this time, but have seen them on previous trips.  I realized as we were on our way out that I am not sure what to do if we get bitten by a snake.  The nearest hospital is about 45 miles.  It also made me think about the document emergency card that I provide for my clients.  Having it in my wallet gives me the peace of mind that if I am taken to a hospital unconscious, medical personnel will know how to reach my family, who they are authorized to talk to and whether I want life support.

The article entitled Is a will or trust optional? discusses whether a will or trust is a discretionary expense that you can cut back on to save money.  Check out the word puzzle.  The first 10 correct responses will receive a gift certificate for dinner for 2 at El Guapo's.

I am doing a ladies only spa event in April and several other seminars.  If you are interested email Tammy at tvaladez@dentonlawyer.com.

                                                 Sincerely

                        Leigh
