We just took a vacation to Estes Park, Colorado.  There was more snow and elk up there than I have ever seen during the summer.  It is interesting how there can be snow fields when the tempature is well over freezing. 

We saw 2 families from Denton while we were up there.  When I got back, I saw on facebook that 3 other people I knew had just gotten back from Colorado.  It is a small worlds.  I guess there a lot of Texans trying to escape the heat.  Colorado is so beautiful.  I am amazed at the variety of God's creation.  We went to Royal Gorge, Pikes Peak and Rocky Mountain National Park.  The boys had a really good time camping.  There is an article in the links below about getting ready to travel.
